I am a self taught artist from Sydney, I specialise in colourful bold artworks using acrylic paint.

 

My passion of art stems from high school where my art teacher introduced me to the artist Jean-Michel Basquiat. My very first impression of his work was "Wow this looks like an artwork of a Kindergarten." This lead me to a new appreciation of art and perspective. I didn't have to be an amazing drawer or painter to create something great. I just had to create, almost like whatever comes to mind let it out on paper. Art became like a release and an outlet. 

 

Over time I had persisted with this outlet and it had become a part of my every day ritual. I started noticing over time I had uncovered parts of myself, my identity and subconscious through through my art, almost like a form of therapy. It became like a communication I had to decipher like a puzzle to understand what was going on inside my head.

 

I started my first paid project in 2020 doing a mural for a Restaurant in Parramatta and have continued creating for clients around Sydney including Flight Centre, Corporate buildings in George street and Elizabeth street in Sydney for Projects like International Women's Day and Mardi Gra. I have done work shops for children and adults in schools and universities.
