Service Description

Our Kaleidoscope Creators workshop is a hands-on, interactive mobile art experience where children design and build their very own working kaleidoscope. Designed for Vacation Care, schools, and community programs, this workshop brings creativity and discovery straight to you — no travel required. Children will explore colour, pattern, and reflection as they assemble their kaleidoscope using mirrors, transparent materials, and decorative elements. Through guided instruction and creative play, participants will experiment with symmetry, repetition, and light, discovering how small design choices create bold, ever-changing visual effects. This workshop supports: Creative thinking and design skills Early STEM concepts through art and light Fine motor skills and construction techniques Curiosity, experimentation, and visual exploration Each child will take home their completed kaleidoscope, giving them a functional, interactive artwork they can enjoy long after the session ends.
